摘要: Despite the dramatic development of enantioselective synthesis and chromatographic separation methods, optical resolution still remains cheapest operationally simplest method for producing pure enantiomers on a larger scale. The preparation due is based formation homo- heterochiral supramolecular associations in solutions mixtures chiral compounds. According to their selfdisproportionation (SDE) [1] these are distributed between phases. In this paper some methods described, which were developed by our research group enantiomeric diastereomeric mixtures. examples mainly long experience industrially important molecules. A presumable mechanism also presented, assume that distribution follows equilibrium double helical structures formed interactions.
