摘要: Abstract Eighty-five different fungal strains were screened for the presence of amine oxidase after it was induced by n -butylamine, methylamine or spermine. Amine activity detected in all Aspergillus, Penicillium , and most Monascus strains, as well Pullularia, Doratomyces, Armillaria, Fusarium, Gibberella Sporotricus, Trichophyton, Beauveria, Caldariomyces, Helicostylum Trichoderma but not Mucor, Neurospora, Syncephalis, Keratinomyces, Eurotium, Zygorhynchus Cladosporium . By electrophoresis native proteins with staining, two to three enzymes found strains. Predominant among these copper-containing oxidases (EC 1.4.3.6), which Western blotting polyclonal antibody against copper from Aspergillus niger AKU 3302. On SDS-PAGE, showed bands corresponding a molecular mass about 75 kDa. Enzymes that did react either flavin-containing monoamine Micrococcus luteus However, enzymatic activities extracts contained non-copper substantially decreased pargyline, an inhibitor specific oxidases. Therefore, are thought belong class 1.4.3.4.). Besides activity, increased aldehyde dehydrogenase selected induction amines, is supposed amines degraded via aldehydes carboxylic acids. Two alternate metabolic pathways suggested larger aromatic amines.
