摘要: In this paper, a novel colorimetric biosensor for Hg2+ is presented based on stimulated peroxidase-like activity of hollow porous gold nanoparticles (HPGNPs). Under mild conditions, HPGNPs show high catalytic toward the oxidation 3, 3′, 5, 5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) using H2O2 as an oxidant. The “switched-on” selectively in presence Hg2+, which permitted and facile sensor Hg2+. This method exhibits many merits like selectivity sensitivity. As low 18.5nM could be determined at linear range from 0.5×10−6M to 50×10−6M. successfully applied determination total mercury content tap water Yellow River indicates that has great potential routine environmental samples.
