摘要: Three types of oncornavirus-carrying mouse cell lines were studied. Replication endogenous sarcoma or leukemia viruses in producing the infectious was as sensitive to inter feron that exogenous vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV). non-infectious C-type S+L− cells which carry a rescuable Moloney (MSV) genome did not respond interferon. However, this line also found be 70 times less responsive interferon when tested by an VSV challenge. Finally, after exposure interferon, M04 cells, MSV and produce A-type particles, developed normal resistance VSV. Yet, high doses could prevent induction surplus particles bromodeoxyuridine (BDU) dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). The results are interpreted indicating synthetized mechanism different from generated.
