摘要: During 1995–97, reproductive requirements and success were quantified for raptor assemblages of up to 10 species on (usually dry) creeks in the south-west Northern Territory. Most breeders chose nest River Red Gums (E. camaldulensis) that taller, greater girth more foliated than other trees generally available local drainages, but few interspecific differences tree or site identified. Breeding densities fluctuated greatly during study. Total assemblage productivity 1996, a drought year, was 6–10 times lower 1995 8–15 1997. Declines territory occupancy, breeding density, number young fledged per active characteristic responses most species.
