摘要: A new micropower high power-supply-rejection (PSR) regulator, on the basis of op-amp-less architectural design, is presented in this paper. The proposed regulator based embodiment Brokaw bandgap circuit an additional feedback control loop so as to achieve efficiency terms referenced PSR bandwidth per current. measured performance without any filtering capacitor for a 50-kΩ nominal resistive load at 1 kHz and MHz are obtained -76 -43 dB, respectively. making use native driving devices improve headroom, supports supply range from 2 3.3 V. output voltage close 1.8 V, having untrimmed temperature coefficient 117 ppm/°C - 40°C 125°C while drawing quiescent current only 5.65 μA. occupies area 0.047 mm2 using source model V/3.3 V CMOS 0.18 μm triple-well process technology. verified realistic BSIM3 models simulation. Finally, comparison with respect results reported works, technology normalized figure merit, has validated that technique offers good advantages low power, small size, full integration off-chip capacitor. particularly suitable sensor circuits.
