摘要: Objectives: The objectives of this study were to compare the demographics, semen parameters and hormone profiles in men with primary secondary infertility. Methods: was designed as a retrospective analysis data collected from attending combined infertility clinic (seen together by urologist gynaecologist) January 2005 December 2008 at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital, tertiary care hospital Oman. Ninety-eight consecutive male patients one or more abnormalities referred clinic. A complete physical examination carried out followed evaluation follicle stimulating (FSH), uteinizing (LH), testosterone (T) prolactin (PRL). Results: sex not significantly different between infertility. The younger than total 24% group 16% azoospermic normal gonadotropin values 9 1 man respectively. Conclusion: Azoospermia common infertile and, based on levels,obstructive causes seemed prevalent compared group.
