摘要: Abstract Silver fox and blue belong to different genera, the hybrid males are reproductively sterile. In present study, there was a comparison of testicular epididymal morphology serum hormone concentrations among silver foxes, hybrids during pre-breeding period, using 20 male 15 HSBs (silver male × blue female hybrids) HBSs (blue male × silver hybrids), respectively. Hybrids had smaller diameter seminiferous tubules than pure-species males, testes did not differ in mean size relative weight from males. There were many Sertoli cells spermatogenic foxes while numbers spermatogonia primary spermatocytes less with no secondary hybrids.
