摘要: The measurement of the ileal digestibility amino acids is a convenient method for measuring bioavailability in feedstuffs pigs (Yin 2008). Because presence and metabolic activity microbes, as well absence acid absorption by large intestine (except neonatal period), determined at distal ileum more accurate than fecal (Zebrowska 1973; Yin McCracken 1996). That why many scientists developed numerous surgical techniques to collect digesta, including slaughter cannulation techniques. These latter include:
