摘要: Selection of dairy cattle for increased milk production with little or no emphasis on health traits leads to an prevalence disease. A possible genetic solution this problem is combine and immune response in a weighted selection index. In the current study, leukocyte populations heifers identified as having high antibody-mediated (HiAMIR) cell-mediated (HiCMIR) phenotype were compared before after immunization order identify population profiles associated these phenotypes. The results demonstrated that HiCMIR-phenotype animals had higher baseline proportion gamma-delta T-cells peripheral blood. Also, observed increase B-cells blood was greater HiAMIR-phenotype animals. It expected identifying phenotypes will improve our ability enhanced overall responsiveness.
