摘要: We analyse the destination choice of Chinese tourists in China and abroad. Abroad, prefer to travel large rich countries, are little deterred by distance. Climate, coast, culture political stability irrelevant. disproportionally “approved destinations”, but this is being eroded as more countries acquire status. The model predicts that Southeast Asian harmed most extension ADS system, while North America suffers from excluded. Domestically, densely population areas, dislike cities. They value easy access road rail, attracted nature. Cultural attractions less important, may even reduce tourist numbers. Although potential numbers large, operators should not assume behave like other tourists.
