摘要: A transition is taking place in the organization of psychiatric services. The length stay hospitals reduced and partly replaced by treatment care community. readmission rate proposed as one indicator to analyse effectiveness this transition. comprehensive literature review was conducted ascertain whether rates differ with different service systems. search yielded 77 articles, which 28 were selected on basis aims objectives articles. results show that approximately 50% all patients admitted are previously patients. Longer stay, appropriate discharge planning, follow-up visits after predicted fewer readmissions, whereas quantity quality community did not seem have any impact rates.
