摘要: Abstract This chapter reviews dynamic fabrication of supramolecular composites by means inclusion complexation amylose in a phosphorylase-catalyzed enzymatic polymerization field. Amylose is well-known polysaccharide and forms an complex with various hydrophobic small molecules. A pure produced the using α- d -glucose 1-phosphate as monomer maltooligosaccharide primer catalyzed phosphorylase. The author has found that propagating chain dynamically twines around polymers present reaction system to form composites. named this “vine-twining polymerization” because formation process similar way vine plant grows twining rod. Amylosic composite materials such hydrogel film were fabricated vine-twining approach presence copolymers covalently grafting guest polymers. enzymatically amyloses induced intermolecular graft copolymers, which acted crosslinking points hydrogel. By copolymer having film-formable main-chain, was also obtained through hydrogelation. Supramolecular polymeric primer-guest conjugates. products formed continuum composite, where elongated from conjugate included segment other conjugate.
