Synthesis and gel formation of hyperbranched supramolecular polymer by vine-twining polymerization using branched primer–guest conjugate

摘要: Abstract In this article, we report the synthesis of a hyperbranched supramolecular polymer composed continuum amylose-poly( l -lactide) (PLLA) inclusion complexes by phosphorylase-catalyzed enzymatic polymerization using branched maltoheptaose-PLLA conjugate according vine-twining manner. The X-ray diffraction and 1H NMR measurements indicated presence complex structure in product. GPC peak amylose segment, which was obtained alkaline hydrolysis product, shifted to lower molecular weight region, compared with that supporting polymer. A hydrogel through formation an ion gel ionic liquid. Furthermore, cryogel porous morphology produced lyophilization hydrogel.
