Effect of sol composition on dielectric and ferroelectric properties of PZT composite films

摘要: Abstract Crack free calcium modified PZT composite films have been synthesized using sol–gel process by depositing the slurries prepared mixing powder of composition PbZr 0.52 Ti 0.48 O 3 and sol Pb (1− x ) Ca Zr (where  = 0, 0.06, 0.1) on Pt(1 1 1)/Ti/SiO 2 /Si substrate. The infilteration has also employed which resulted in dense microstructure films. Thickness as measured SEM cross section was more than 25 μm. XRD patterns resultant consisted pure perovskite phase no peak related to either pyrochlore or Pt substrate observed. room temperature dielectric constant loss were compared. dependence revealed that T C all same, i.e., 351 °C, spite different compositions used. Well saturated PE-loops show ferroelectric nature.
