摘要: Numerous efforts have been made to understand fundamental biology of diseases based on gene expression. However, the relationship between expression and onset disease often remains obscure. The great advances in protein microarrays allow us investigate this unclear question through profiles, which are regarded as more reliable than expressions serve harbinger or biomarker treatment monitoring. authors review two relatively new platforms arrays, along with an introduction common basis array technologies. Immobilization proteins surface arrays neutralizing reactive areas after immobilization key practical issues field array. One emerging technologies is magneto-nanosensor array, where giant magnetoresistive sensors used quantitatively measure analytes interest, labeled magnetic nanoparticles. Similar sensors, several different ways utilizing properties for biomolecular detection developed reviewed here. Another technology nucleic acid programmable thousands features directly expressed by acids surface. anticipate that these can be combined produce synergistic benefits open applications proteomics clinical diagnostics.
