摘要: Initiatives to reduce racial and ethnic disparities are conceptualized as a three-legged stool. Public policy: ensure legal regulatory environment designed eliminate in access health status; clinical practice: patient satisfaction loyalty improve treatment outcomes through the cultural competence of clinicians; organizational behavior: that leadership, staff, culture services organization represents values communities they serve. Our review general management literature published since 1990 reveals paucity research on behavior. Based our behavior racial/ethnic diversity literature, we offer an agenda for future this area. Factors will facilitate or inhibit pursuit proposed also identified discussed. The reviewed is mainly from United States results review, which presents potential limitation its applicability internationally.
