In vitro cytotoxicity study on platinum (II) complexes with epoxysuccinates as leaving groups

摘要: A series of novel cisplatin-type platinum complexes were designed, characteristic epoxysuccinates as leaving groups. The pertinent compounds prepared and characterized by IR, (1)H NMR, ESI-MS spectra with elementary analyses. in vitro cytotoxic activities toward SPC-A1 human lung adenocarcinoma cell line BGC823 stomach determined. Biological tests have confirmed that containing 4R,5R-DMID [abbreviation (4R,5R)-4,5-bis (aminomethyl)-2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane] carrier ligands greater cytotoxicity tumor cells than the corresponding other ligands. Most trans-epoxysuccinates usually higher those cis-epoxysuccinates. Complex 4a shows most effective among tested both lines, its approached cisplatin.
