摘要: Game species exploitation usually causes an increase in their distribution, further from own dispersal potential, but we know too little about the ecological effects that these human-induced expansions may produce. The realized niche of red deer was analyzed by means habitat suitability modelling present study. Two populations inhabiting different geographic areas have been distinguished according to origin, one is native study area and other translocated as a result human hunting interests. Translocated showed strong distributional overlap with Iberian ibex. However, comparative analysis potential distribution ibex did not yield significant overlap. Thus, conclude observed between would taken place without intervention. We discuss results light biological invasions translocation programmes, range expansion should be regarded specific case invasive species.
