摘要: The orientation of cortical microtubules (cMT) during gravitropism was studied in epidermal cells azuki epicotyls. relative proportion with longitudinal cMT increased the upper epidermis, and those transverse lower epidermis. When epicotyls were kept straight gravistimulation, no change occurred either forced to bend downward, loaded naphthylphthalamic acid, an inhibitor auxin transport, both gravitropic bending inhibited. However, when a induced by downward bending, compressed (lower) side extended (upper) side. It suggested that controlled epicotyl not gravity signal per se. Loading Gd3+, stretch-activated channel, did inhibit bending. it inhibited reorientation Involvement channel mechano-sensitive suggested.
