摘要: Pigs were weaned at 3 weeks of age on to a milk diet which had been previously incubated with Lactobacillus acidophilus; intestinal amine production and output urinary heterocyclic amines compared those from control pigs. Amine increased in all animals immediately post-weaning, again later when diarrhoea occurred. However, during these periods excretion was less the experimental group, major site colon; controls main diarrhoeic phase small intestine, more severe prolonged.
