摘要: Abstract A phase-separated CsI–NaCl scintillator with light-guiding properties was grown by the Czochralski method. The eutectic phase usually consists of NaCl cylinders in a CsI matrix and contains grain boundaries. However, we have composites without boundaries creating convex solid/liquid interface, selecting single Dash’s neck method, increasing diameter composite moderately. good continuous convection flow required for these conditions achieved suppressing drop aspect ratio melt height to crucible radius double setup. We successfully obtained CsI–NaCl:Tl that uniform no greater than 30 mm diameter.
