摘要: Abstract Matrix-enhanced SIMS and metal-assisted are successfully employed to increase the organic ion yield in SIMS. In this study we compare kinetic energy distributions obtained for SIMS, ME-SIMS MetA-SIMS sputtering of molecular ions. comparison distributions, those display larger deficits, indicative entrainment analyte ions by matrix molecules or collisions taking place above sample surface. case high broadening is observed, resulting from stopping power gold used.
