摘要: Midkine (MK), a heparin-binding growth factor, can regulate cell growth, survival and differentiation. MK is expressed at high levels in variety of human carcinomas. Recently, the urine serum concentration was analyzed gastric cancer patient. However, association cytokine mRNA expression with categorical clinicopathological variables tumors location its protein tumor tissues are still elusive. from surgically resected specimens healthy (9 cases), matched non-cancerous adjacent to (37 cases) were assessed by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) real-time PCR. Immunohistochemical analysis performed locate cancer. The much higher than that control tissue samples. And significantly associated pTNM stage distant metastasis, but not differentiation grade, size nodal involvement. ubiquitous tumor, especially adenoid part tumors. In addition, it found cytoplasm cells highly concentrated nucleus nucleolus. level Chinese patients may be related genesis progression. Further study necessary on mechanism tumorigenesis growth.
