摘要: Abstract An immunological approach was used for nearest-neighbor analyses the 23 and 33 kDA proteins of oxygen-evolving complex. Functional Photosystem II particles with a simple polypeptide composition were partly solubilized detergent incubated monospecific antibodies against either or kDa protein. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed that immunoprecipitates, apart from antigenic proteins, also contained polypeptides at 24, 22 10 kDa. In contrast, light-harvesting core complexes showed very poor coprecipitation proteins. The not precipitated by if had been removed prior to solubilization.
