摘要: PURPOSE Characterize voices of adult individuals without vocal complaints and verify the effect gender age with use acoustic measures. METHODS One-hundred seventy-six voice recordings belonging to adults between 19 59 years old, divided into four groups, for decade, recorded in a database were analyzed. All analyzed classified no deviation quality. Acoustic analysis parameters was performed: Fundamental Frequency (sustained vowel connected speech), Jitter, Shimmer Noise-to-Harmonic Ratio through Multi Dimension Voice Program (KayPentax) software. The gender, possible interactions verified Factorial Anova test. When necessary, post hoc performed Least Significant Difference RESULTS There changes as function age, decrease speech modalities women men. In men, an increase shimmer measure observed advancing age. Differences genders found measures Frequency, Jitter Noise Harmonic Ratio. CONCLUSION Vocal due can be identified acoustically at end adulthood, women, these marked previously menopausal period.
