摘要: Lung cancer is the most common fatal malignancy of both men and women in developed world, killing over 40000 people UK per year [1]. The diagnosis this disease usually associated with a prognosis survival rate less than 5%. biggest risk factor for lung cigarette smoking. Besides smoking, other environmental occupational exposures, such as to aromatic hydrocarbons, radon, asbestos, nickel, arsenic chromium, are important determinants risk. Although largely preventable by elimination these will be major public health problem foreseeable future because ex-smokers continue have significantly increased developing cancer. In addition, incidence deaths unrelated smoking expected rise next 20 years.
