摘要: The peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 16 patients with B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL, n = 13), B-prolymphocytic (B-PLL, 2) or hairy cell (n 1) were incubated in the presence of phorbol ester 12-0-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) and calcium ionophore A23187. A synergy between these inducers was found respect to morphological changes B proliferation differentiation. A23187 used alone did not activate cells. B-CLL treated double stimulus acquired a plasmacytoid morphology, showed significantly higher incorporation 3H-thymidine 3H-uridine, produced amounts monoclonal immunoglobulin compared same exposed either alone.
