摘要: We studied the potential of polymeric cryogel matrices such as 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)-agarose (HA) and gelatin matrix a transporting storage material for mammalian cells. Both HA were found to possess homogenous distribution pores shown by scanning electron microscopic (SEM) images flow rate 8 5 mL/min, respectively. In case cryogel, after 5 days simulated transportation, C2C12 cells kept in showed higher percentage viability (89%) compared 64.5% suspension culture. The recovered from able proliferate revealed analysis. it was that seeded on under transportation condition over period days. It also observed simulation can be cryopreserved duration cryopreservation does not affect their viability. Furthermore, used HepG2 HUVEC extend system other cell types. These results show cryogels efficient, low-cost at room temperature cryo-conditions.
