摘要: An easy and cost-effective method for transport of living cell cultures which avoids the use dry ice prevents bacterial contamination is described. Cells are suspended in buffered culture medium sealed insulated 2 ml cryovials able to grow survive substantial numbers during several days storage shipment at ambient temperature. Replating results an identical repopulation all lines. Not only tumor cells but also fibroblasts seem tolerate well this improved shipment.
