摘要: Ingestion of double stranded RNA (dsRNA) has been previously demonstrated to be effective in triggering interference (RNAi) western corn rootworm (WCR, Diabrotica virgifera LeConte), providing potential novel opportunities for insect pest control. The putative Snf7 homolog WCR (DvSnf7) shown an RNAi target control, as DvSnf7 leads lethality larvae. functions a part the ESCRT (Endosomal Sorting Complex Required Transport) pathway which plays crucial role cellular housekeeping by internalization, transport, sorting and lysosomal degradation transmembrane proteins. To understand effects that lead death larvae RNAi, we examined some distinct processes associated with such de-ubiquitination proteins autophagy. Our data indicate ubiquitinated accumulate dsRNA-fed larval tissues autophagy process seems impaired. These findings suggest malfunctioning these both midgut fat body triggered were main leading WCR. This study also illustrates is essential gene its are consistent biological described other eukaryotes.
