摘要: Dioxacarb (Elecron, Famid) is a phenyl methylcarbamate insecticide and in vitro cytotoxic genotoxic effects of this pesticide on human peripheral blood lymphocytes Allium root meristematic cells were investigated by chromosomal aberrations (CAs) test. Human treated with 62.5, 125, 250 500 ppm doses dioxacarb for CAs. CA/cell, abnormal cell % mitotic index (MI %) data obtained from these concentrations 24 48 h treatment periods. did not increase the CA/cell frequency significantly, so was identified as genotoxic. But it found especially at because reduced MI increased %. In test, 25 (EC50/2), 50 (EC50) 100 (EC50 × 2) used growth inhibition determination) (MI) determination tests. The induced dose-dependent meristems. Mitotic significantly higher than positive control. These results indicated high cytotoxicity dioxacarb. present study first research genotoxicity lymphocyte CAs
