摘要: Abstract Microfiltration was used to clarify pomegranate juice using two polyvinylidene fluoride membranes with pore sizes of 0.22 and 0.45 μm. Changes were studied in the chemical properties after passing through each membrane. Characteristics such as turbidity changed for both (more than 95%). The permeate flux decreased over time a result membrane fouling. degree decline size 0.22 μm greater another one. In membranes, fouling resistance increased from 5 × 109 m2/kg 4.43 × 1010 m2/kg 1.29 × 1010 m2/kg 0.45 μm 45 min. This increase had sharp slope first stages testing. Fouling index changes showed similar behavior. Scanning electron microscopy images that cake layer greatest impact on processing by preventing turbid components entering pores.
