摘要: Abstract Objective To compare the therapeutic outcomes after deep lamellar keratoplasty (DLK) and penetrating (PK) in patients with keratoconus. Design Retrospective case–control study. Participants We reviewed clinical notes of 47 diagnosed clinically keratoconus who had received DLK (26 eyes 25 patients) or PK (25 22 at Moorfields Eye Hospital Royal Shrewsbury between 1994 2001.
