摘要: We have examined the binding of colonization factor antigens, (CFAs) enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli to gangliosides and asialo by using immuno-thin layer chromatography. CFA/II its subcomponents (CS1, CS2 CS3) as well subcomponent CS4 CFA/IV complex bound ganglioside GM1.
