摘要: Copolymers of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and methyl (MMA), terpolymers HEMA, MMA, methacrylic acid (MA) were synthesized in the presence N,N′-bis(methacryloyloxyethyloxycarbonylamino)azobenzene (B(MOEOCA)AB) evaluated as coating materials for colonic targeting. The release ibuprofen, a model drug, from capsules coated with azo polymers was investigated vitro. medium made up sonicated rat cecal content, benzyl viologen, glucose-6-phosphate, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, nicotine amide dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) buffer (pH 6.8, 0.05M). drug-release profiles indicate that degradation polymer coatings depends on their degree swelling, due to higher accessibility bonds bacterial reductase. best results obtained containing MA: 98.7 (±1.1) % ibuprofen released after 19 hours residence medium, while only 26.2 (± 4.9) control experiment. These findings demonstrate are promising delivering drugs selectivity colon.
