Open Anterior Dislocation of the Hip in Togo

摘要: Anterior traumatic dislocations of the hip are much less common than posterior dislocations. To date, 14 cases open anterior dislocation associated with such injuries, acetabular and femoral head fractures vascular nerve damage have been reported. We present a case 23-year-old male who sustained ipsilateral fracture greater trochanter after an accident on public highway. Additional lesions included iliac wing perineal wound. report this because rarity seriousness injury due to its progressive complications difficulties related management, which typical developing country like ours.
