摘要: p21ras is believed to be involved in the neuronal differentiation of cells responsive nerve growth factor (NGF). We show that NGF stimulates activation embryonic sensory neurons and PC12 cells. In initial 5 min exposure NGF, concentration-dependent. cells, apparent maximal was reached at 50 10 ng/ml, respectively, with half-maximal approximately 2-3 respectively.
