摘要: As in other mammals, sex sorting of pig sperm is based on quantitative flow cytometry. A major disadvantage the technique relatively low efficiency to produce enough sorted for artificial insemination. However, several approaches are way make sexed available commercial application. In this context, example, growing field nanotechnology may significantly contribute these developments, as it provides highly efficient bio-nanoprobes, plasmonic nanoparticles. Independent method, further development requires enormous investments and set-up logistics get technology into practical market. Only global players will be able establish necessary research projects, but end, a significant shift ratios producers already case dairy industry.
