摘要: Abstract The effects of cardiac sympathetic nerve stimulation on heart rate, contractile force, output, arterial and left atrial blood pressure, coronary flow myocardial oxygen consumption were studied before after intravenous administration alprenolol (0.3 mg/kg), propranolol mg/kg) or practolol (1.2 mg/kg). three β-blockers equally effective inhibitors stimulation, vasodilatation increase elicited by stimulation. A transient vasoconstriction seen immediately the start tended to be slightly potentiated all blockers. Basal rate force somewhat reduced but increased practolol. reduction response treatment with beta blockers may demonstrate most important mechanism therapeutic action these drugs in angina pectoris.
