摘要: An innovative concept of dynamic stormwater storage in sponge-like porous bodies (SPBs) is presented and modelled using first principles, for down-flow up-flow variants SPBs. The rate inflow driven by absorption and/or capillary action into various material structures was computed as a function time found to be critically dependent on the type structure used. In case study, rates filling were conditions match, or exceed, rainwater volume accumulation associated with two types Swedish rainfalls, 60-min duration return period 10 years. Hence, mathematical models indicated that SPB devices studied could capture relevant amounts water. theoretical study also showed concepts further optimized. Such findings confirmed potential control runoff serve one numerous elements contributing restoration pre-urban hydrology urban catchments. Finally, issues considered bringing this higher Technological Readiness Level discussed briefly, including operational challenges. However, it should noted proper analysis such requires separate building current presentation concepts.
