摘要: The acceptance of route guidance advice by motorists is expected, to occur only whenever such experienced be valid and reliable. Three major factors may cause systems provide with unreliable advice: (1) the traffic information constituting the basis for inaccurate; (2) the impact a large fraction responding guidance, subsequent overreaction that occurs, ignored being set; and, (3) concentration effects induce higher level (unpriced) congestion when drivers are provided better information.
