摘要: Abstract The chemiluminescent properties of the estrogenic mycotoxin zearalenone in presence aqueous micellar media were investigated using steady state fluorescence techniques. Micelles surfactants sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and non-ionic Triton X-100 enhanced intensity solutions. binding constants have been determined indicate has highest affinity for X-100, followed by CTAB, then SDS. encapsulation micelles studied is spontaneous exothermic. selective microenvironments provided organized systems offer an attractive medium to modulate detection zearalenone.
