摘要: Fatigue is defined as a condition or phenomenon of decreased ability and efficiency mental and/or physical activities, caused by excessive diseases, syndromes. It often accompanied peculiar sense discomfort, desire to rest, reduced motivation, referred fatigue sensation. Acute normal that disappears after period rest; in contrast, chronic fatigue, lasting at least 6 months, does not disappear ordinary rest. Chronic impairs activities contributes various medical conditions, such cardiovascular disease, epileptic seizures, death. In addition, many people complain fatigue. For example, Japan, more than one third the general adult population complains would thus be great value clarify mechanisms underlying develop efficient treatment methods overcome it. Here, we review data primarily from behavioral, electrophysiological, neuroimaging experiments related neural dysfunction well autonomic nervous system, sleep, circadian rhythm disorders These provide new perspectives on overcoming
