摘要: Abstract Objective Investigate the role of lymphadenectomy for patients with apparent stage I uterine sarcoma. Methods The National Cancer Database was accessed and without a history another tumor diagnosed between 2004 2015 an early leiomyosarcoma, adenosarcoma, low-grade endometrial stromal high-grade stromal/undifferentiated sarcoma who underwent hysterectomy or were identified. Overall survival assessed after stratification by histology log-rank test while Cox models constructed to control confounders. Results A total 6412 identified; 2820 (44%) lymphadenectomy. Rate lymph node metastasis 3.4% (42/1250) 2.3% (19/826) those 4.5% (21/463) 7.9% (22/280) sarcoma, p  Conclusions Incidence in is rare performance not associated clear benefit all histologic subtypes except
