摘要: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths for men and women in United States, with non-small cell lung (NSCLC) representing 85% all diagnoses. Late stage detection, metastatic disease lack actionable biomarkers contribute to high mortality rate. Proteins extracellular space are known be critically involved regulating every pathogenesis cancer. To investigate mechanism by which secreted proteins NSCLC, we performed quantitative secretomic analysis two isogenic NSCLC lines (NCI-H1993 NCI-H2073) an immortalized human bronchial epithelial line (HBEC3-KT) as control.
