摘要: Abstract We report on a manifold advanced dual-wavelength digital holographic microscopy (DHM) configuration with real-time measurement capability. The proposed based polarizing separation scheme can be used for microscopic imaging polarimetry as well dual wavelength microscopy. In this paper, we show the feasibility of by conducting DHM experiments sample step height 1.34 μm nominally. An averaging technique is treated and three-dimensional (3D) topographic measurements are presented. results obtained polarization single shot approach shows it provide real time solution measuring 3D profile information small objects excellent accuracy.
