摘要: Abstract The yield and composition of the volatile fraction pentane extracts leaves, stems seeds Foeniculum vulgare Mill, have been studied. obtained from was much higher than that leaves stems. extract latter two has a concentration terpene hydrocarbons smaller oxygenated seeds. Sesquiterpenes detected in as petroselinic acid Saturated aliphatic with 25 or more carbon atoms found all parts. also contains antioxidant vitamin E. These different parts fennel show not only proportion their flavour components, but fatty acids compounds (such E), if any.
