摘要: Since studying the pathogenesis of dengue virus associated disease in humans has several limitations, an appropriate animal model is needed. Therefore, we investigated kinetics viremia as well humoral and cellular immune responses, after primary, secondary tertiary heterologous infections cynomolgus macaques: these parameters were largely similar to those observed natural human infection upon primary infection. Both antibody T-cell responses measured cross-reactive. Upon with a serotype, specific for infecting serotype more pronounced, especially when system was primed 1 virus. Measurement transcription levels pro- anti-inflammatory cytokines white blood cells generally showed balanced response. In addition, region NS2A protein viruses identified that induces macaques.
