摘要: Background— Previous studies have established that bone marrow–derived endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are present in the systemic circulation. In current study, we investigated hypothesis gene transfer can be used to achieve phenotypic modulation of EPCs. Methods and Results— vitro, ex vivo murine vascular growth factor (VEGF) 164 augmented EPC proliferative activity enhanced adhesion incorporation EPCs into quiescent as well activated cell monolayers.
